TAO Med Providers

Mark is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean. He completed his Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Brighton/Ann Arbor, MI.

Mark acts as the Medical Director and Attending Physician of two facilities in Frankfort, MI.

Danielle is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Detroit Mercy in an accelerated second-degree program, with her initial Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Michigan State University. She worked as an Emergency Department RN at the University of Michigan for several years before returning to Michigan State University in pursuit of her Master of Science in Nursing.

In support of empirical evidence of the benefit to therapy dogs in the medical community, TAO Med providers include their therapy dog, Louie, to their patient-centered approach to quality healthcare.

Louie is a friendly, gentle, and patient 4-year old Golden Retriever who enjoys the company of others and provides significant emotional support to the geriatric patient population.
